In an exciting development, John McFadyen from Lineview travelled to South Africa to collaborate with IDX and reinvigorate our strategic partnership with Coca-Cola Peninsula Beverages (CCPB).
Bruce Bean and Pierre du Toit from our team joined John in Cape Town for a “reset” and project kick-off alongside some of CCPB’s executives. Together, they worked closely with CCPB to redefine strategic goals and develop a roadmap for future success.
The agenda focused on:
- Reviewing current performance with Lineview and gathering key insights from CCPB.
- Reassessing strategic alignment to ensure our solutions support their long-term objectives.
- Developing a joint action plan with prioritised initiatives, a clear roadmap, and well-defined key performance indicators.
This renewed partnership not only delivered significant value to CCPB but also set the foundation for ongoing collaboration between Lineview, IDX, and our valued customers.
The second part of the visit centered on the proposed three-line pilot program at Coca-Cola Bottlers Africa. John and Bruce spent time onsite with the steering groups at the Devland facility, working to advance the project and align stakeholders on the next steps.
Through these strategic engagements, we reaffirmed our commitment to driving innovation, efficiency, and operational excellence in partnership with Coca-Cola and Lineview.
